Denim Things currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY: Estimated delivery for eligible in-stock items shipping from U.S. warehouses is generally 5–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Orders may arrive in separate packages, and tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, inventory issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND SIZE EXCHANGES

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible items must generally be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have original tags attached.

Approved returns must be shipped within the timeframe specified in our return instructions.

STANDARD REFUND RETURNS

For standard refund returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or expressly authorized by Denim Things.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

ONE FREE SIZE EXCHANGE

We offer one free size exchange per purchased item for the same exact item in a different available size, subject to eligibility and availability.

For an approved qualifying size exchange, Denim Things covers the authorized return shipping label and standard shipping of the replacement item.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are generally issued within five business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.

Denim Things works with third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers to process and deliver customer orders.

Using fulfillment partners does not eliminate Denim Things' responsibilities to customers under applicable law.
